You can cancel outright. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation charges. Please go through our Cancellation Policy.

Unfortunately, we do not have packing supplies. We recommend you to source boxes and tapes from any local storage place.

It's advisable to book as early as possible to secure your preferred moving date and time, especially during peak seasons. However, we understand that circumstances vary, so we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule, even if you need to book on short notice.

4T TRUCK: Anything up to a basic 1-bedroom apartment. Or maximum up to a Basic 2 bedroom apartment with 1-2 people living in it.
8T TRUCK: 2 bedroom house + Study, 2 bedroom house +more than 2-3 people living, 2 Bedroom House + Garage or Outdoor furniture., 3 Bedroom house (standard furniture) maybe 3-4 people living there
10 TRUCK: 3 bedroom house + Garage or Outdoor Furniture, 3 bedroom house + Study, 3 bedroom house + 2 living areas, 4 bedroom house etc.

8T Trucks are always between 7-9 am or between 1-3 pm. If you are looking for a more specific time then we can narrow that down to a 1 hour window, between 7-8 am or between 8-9 am and our removalists will give you a call when they are 30 mins before arrival. 4T Trucks are a little more flexible. The start times range from between 7-9 am, between 10 am-12.30 pm, between 1-3 pm or between 3-5 pm.

We have a fleet of well-maintained moving trucks of standard sizes to accommodate moves of all scales. Our vehicles are equipped with features like hydraulic tailgate lifts and air-ride suspension to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of your belongings.

 Each move is unique and different from the other, it can depend on things like where the truck can be parked, what access is like at the property, whether any stairs are involved, whether the goods are ready to go when we arrive etc. Depending on those circumstances on a rough average a full load in a 4T Truck can take anywhere from 2-4 hours, an 8T Truck average is generally between 4-6 hours and a 10T Truck can range anywhere between 6-8 hours. But this is just a rough estimate and it will depend on the circumstances of the day. Accordingly, the cost will depend on the hours taken to complete the move.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, accidents may occur. Rest assured, All of our movers are covered with public liability insurance to address any damages incurred during the moving process. We will work closely with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Generally, we can transport most items. However, there are some items that we are unable to move due to safety regulations. Our team will inform you of any such restrictions beforehand.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. While we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time, we'll do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes to the schedule, subject to availability.

Yes, our skilled movers are trained to dismantle and reassemble furniture as needed during the move. Our teams are skilled in handling most of the furniture items, having said anything that we are unable to deal with our bookings team will let you know prior. Just tell them the list of items requiring the dismantling and reassembly and we'll handle the process with care to minimize any disruption to your moving experience.
